The most significant advantage of hiring a Virtual Expert® is that you only have to pay for the contracted work. Hiring a full or even part-time employee carries the added costs of payroll taxes, benefits, and office equipment. I work remotely from home, so you only pay for completed work with no additional overhead costs.

Yes, I am a Certified Virtual Expert® and have completed extensive and comprehensive training through The Expert VA Training Program®.

After we decide to work together, I will send you an agreement that clearly outlines the scope of the work. We will agree on precisely what will be done, whether it is a project-based assignment or ongoing work, the time frame for completing the tasks, and the service rate. Everything will be spelled out in our agreement, so you know what to expect with no surprises.

So many online tools are available now that working remotely is just as easy as working in the same office. Email or a project management system is the easiest and fastest way to submit work requests. Slack, text, and other options may be used for ongoing communication. I like to meet with each of my clients via Zoom weekly to keep in touch and ensure we are on the same page.

I will respond as quickly as possible, but always within 24 business hours. Please understand that any communications sent after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be responded to on the next business day.

I will send you an invoice by the 3rd of the month for all work and projects completed the previous month. Payment is due by the 15th of the month and can be made by credit card or ACH transfer via my online FreshBooks account portal.

I am located in Garrettsville, Ohio, in the northeastern part of the state, about halfway between Cleveland and Youngstown. Regular office hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-3:00pm, and Friday, 8:30am to 12:00pm Eastern Time.
